徽州一楼

风雅东方  徽州之境

本案是一家以经营徽州美食的餐厅，位于中国安徽合肥市区最为时尚的商场和高级办公楼内，同时本区域也是当地富足人群的居住区。因此本案设计团队在设计之初思考到本项目的设计要点，一要考虑功能的使用，二是要考虑其所处区位的受众，三是要考虑其经营产品和品牌的文化特性，因此本项目定位为一家高端的文化主题餐饮空间。

此空间原始物理空间结构相对复杂，高度高低不一，平面非方正结构，设计团队对整个在空间关系上，根据功能需要与视觉表达对公共空间、私密空间与功能空间进行了空间关系的整理与组合，主次分明各具特点，做到了功能性与感官度有机处理，达到了空间疏密有度，分隔有序，充分利用空间的深度、宽度和高度对空间进行了有序的排列组合。

光线处理是本案设计中的一个难点，由于本空间自然光线采光受限，室内自然光线条件并不是很理想，因此设计团队在光线照明设计中，一边利用空间有限的开光面进行室外光线的引入，另外对室内光线也进行了充分考虑，将泛光、点光、装饰光源根据不同的照明与装饰需要进行了充分的设计。其点睛之处在于将应用照明需要与装饰光源、灯具进行了结合，即达到了照明作用又起到了装饰作用。

本案设计的核心，除了功能规划以外，更重要的是对于文化的定位和文化元素的梳理与应用。徽州是一个具象和抽象的文化概念，它既是拥有徽州古民居和诸多人文遗产之外同时拥有黄山这样的自然遗产，是中国文化的代表之一，是极具特色的中国三大地域文化特点的特殊区域。徽州的文化元素很多，因此在本案的设计元素梳理与提炼中，设计团队结合空间结构与文化特点，最终确定了以徽州的人文元素、徽州建筑的元素门窗作为设计的主要元素之一，同时将黄山的自然景观的高山峻岭、奇松怪石作为艺术陈设的主要元素在空间里得以应用。最终通过文化元素梳理将本案的设计主题定位为“风雅东方  徽州之境”，以此来表现中国文化的风雅以及徽州的大美意境。

空间设计中将徽州传统的文化元素与中国传统艺术表现手段进行了艺术的表现和设计的表达，表达徽州山水的新安画派的绘画，中国书法的苍劲与诗意、黄山的奇石苍松的秀美，徽州民居的户牖之美都通过空间装饰设计、陈设设计进行了艺术的表达。

此空间色彩主色采取徽州建筑粉墙黛瓦的特点，以白色作为主色，配以木色及蓝色、黑色等色彩，整体色彩和谐统一，淡雅雅而充满温情。

整个空间格局合理、色彩统一、重点突出、和而不同，雅而不俗，简而不陋，设计师充分尊重商业规律的同时，将文化作为本案的特色与重点，利用空间结构，平衡文化与商业的共融关系，体现经营特色与文化特点，使得功能作用与艺术美感和谐共生，即体现了徽州的自然人文特性同时表达了中国文化的风雅之美。整体设计上秉持了中国传统山水绘画中留白与虚实相间的手法，清新高雅而意境高远。体现了“风雅东方，徽州之境”的设计主题。

This case is a restaurant focusing on local foods in the yellow mountain area. It is in a modern classy office building which is located in the living area of rich local people. Given this, the designers take the following factors into consideration as follows: its functioning orientation, the customers, and the cultural features the catering company advertises, and decided its orientation as a classy culture-Themed restaurant.

The original physical structure of the restaurant was complex and was not of the same height or regular square.So the designing team schematized and rearranged its public space, privacy space, functioning space to clarify and strengthen the functions of each section and impart each section with its unique features, creating a space of comfortable density and order.

The most difficult part of this design work lies in its illumination due to its limited day-lighting condition. To get an ideal result, the designing team made the best of its open surface to let in natural light and also considered the interior illumination and decorative effects, applying floodlight, spotlight and some decorative light.

The core of the design case lies in the combing and utilizing of its cultural elements and cultural orientation. Huizhou is more than a city. It is a cultural symbol because it is home to ancient chinese-style residential houses and the grand cultural heritage--- the yellow mountain, which represents Chinese culture. Huizhou city is one of the three regions of unique cultural features. On the ground of the background analysis, the designing team took the chinese-style doors and windows as its main elements and combined it technically with the natural sights of the yellow mountain such as its strangely- shaped pines and grotesque rocks as well as its cloud sea and steeply rising mountains in the design. Especially, the designers has artistically demonstrated the paintings of Xin’an painting school which is expert in showing the scenery of Huizhou city, the spectacular poetic Chinese Calligraphy ,the beauty of the yellow mountain and the windows and doors.

The colour tone of the design work features the Hui-style dwelling house where the white coloured walls are covered with black tiles accompanied with blue hue from the sky and the waters, showing perfect harmony , freshness, elegance and warmth. The design sticks to the Chinese painting skill of leaving the margin to embody the simplicity, and far-reaching charm.
